Massage teaches us about our bodies and where we are holding both physically and emotionally.

Regular massages are preventative, can relieve stress, detoxify, and be extremely therapeutic for a multitude of conditions. For general health maintenance, a bimonthly to monthly massage is really a great choice. Not only does it feel good but it allows you to become aware of areas that are tense or injured that you may have had no idea were strained or sensitive. This sort of prevention helps keep potential problems in check. Massage isn't just for special occasions, I find it to be an essential part of preventative health care programs. The massage I offer integrates basic Swedish techniques, but also integrates zen shiatsu, energy work, aromatherapy, tarot, hot stone massage, tuning forks therapy, marma point sequences, and flower essences. Option 1: Basic Massage
Relaxing massage services incorporating energy work, breathwork, aromatherapy and flower essences.
The massages focus on deep, integrative work and aligning and balancing energy in the body.

Option 2: Massage and Verbal Herbal Consultation
A half hour verbal herbal consultation followed by an hour long relaxing massage and/or other bodywork

Option 3: Full Herbal Intake and Short Massage Session
Full Body Systems intake and herbal tonic formula followed by a short half hour chair massage and/or other bodywork

All herbal preparations are considered extra but are available for clients and students at 25% off the retail price
